On the Language Art Characteristics of Mongolian Narrative Folk Songs

摘　　要：Mongolian narrative folk song serves as a significant medium for folk literature.As narrative songs or epic songs,it employs various expressive techniques such as narration,interpretation,dialogue,and lyricism,making the issue of language particularly significant.This paper situates the topic within the Horqin cultural context,where Mongolian narrative folk songs originated,developed,and widely disseminated,and explores it in conjunction with folk customs and linguistic expression characteristics.Through a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the folk songs,we find that the prominent language art features of Mongolian narrative folk songs include vividness,simplicity,naturalness,humor,irony,and a distinct regional dialect.
