摘  要:In the ever-evolving nanomedicine and biotechnology,the pursuit of advanced drug delivery systems that induce precise positioning and targeting in the complex biological landscape for personalized and efficient therapies has become a paramount endeavor(Vargason et al.,2021).Central to this trend is the delivery of functional microRNAs(miRNAs),which play crucial roles in regulating gene expression(Li et al.,2021).Specifically,by binding to target messenger RNAs(mRNAs),miRNAs can control protein synthesis or lead to mRNA degradation through various cellular processes such as differentiation,proliferation,apoptosis,and immune responses.These processes are essential for regenerative medicine,immune modulation,and disease treatment(e.g.,cancers,chronic infections and autoimmune disorders)where gene expression is dysregulated(Kara et al.,2022).
