摘 要:海外华文教师是中文和中华文化的传承者与传播者。对即将参加某高校培训的海外华文教师进行详细调研,通过问卷调查和教师访谈,从教学现状、培训反馈和培训需求三个维度进行深入分析。结果显示,当前海外华文教师培训面临诸多挑战,主要体现在四个方面:培训需求错位、培训形式单一、课程设置缺乏针对性、专业培训师资匮乏等。针对上述问题,为海外华文教师培训提出具体的应对策略:重视培训需求分析,打造多元化培训模式,设置个性化定制课程,实行“双师”授课制。希望通过这些具有针对性的举措,能够构建出优质高效的海外华文教师培训课程体系,推动海外华文教育事业可持续、高质量发展。Overseas Chinese teachers are the inheritors and disseminators of Chinese and Chinese culture.A detailed survey of overseas Chinese teachers to be trained in a university was conducted.Through questionnaires and teacher interviews,an in-depth analysis was conducted from the three dimensions of teaching status,training feedback and training needs.The results show that the current training of overseas Chinese teachers faces many challenges,which are mainly reflected in four aspects:dislocation of training needs,single training form,lack of pertinence in curriculum setting,lack of professional training teachers and so on.In view of the above problems,specific countermeasures are put forward for the training of overseas Chinese teachers:attach importance to the analysis of training needs,create a diversified training mode,set up personalized customized courses,and implement a“double teacher”teaching system.It is hoped that through these targeted measures,a high-quality and efficient overseas Chinese teacher training curriculum system can be constructed to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of overseas Chinese education.
