摘　　要：将工业建筑从城市中迁出,引入住宅和商业功能建筑,这种情况也发生在巴塞尔西北部的利斯比切尔区。2013年,慈善机构Habitat基金会购买了该地区的大片土地,旨在建设保障性住房。15块地中有12块分给了建筑协会,其余的三块由基金会自行开发,其中一块地上就有一家零售商合作社的前酒窖。这座纵长的建筑始建于20世纪50年代,采用了钢筋混凝土框架结构,地上三层,地下两层。以6m网格排列的巨型蘑菇柱为下层住宅和地下楼层提供支撑,参考了这座建筑的历史。Moving the industry out of the city and introducing housing and commercial functions-this scenario is also taking place in the Lysbuchel area in northwestern Basel.In 2013 the charitable Habitat Foundation purchased a large share of the area with the aim of creating affordable housing.12 of the 15 lots were provided to building associations.The foundation developed the remaining three on their own-including the lot with the former wine warehouse owned by a retail cooperative.The longitudinal building volume was erected in the 1950s as a reinforced concrete frame structure with three levels above grade and two basement levels.Mighty mushroom columns arranged in a 6-m grid support the lower residential and basement floors and refer to this history.
