摘　　要：这是一栋在2009年建成于成都市中轴线一侧的企业总部办公楼,鲜明的体型轮廓与黑色的立面外观使之在城市重要节点上成为地标建筑。多年来,员工人数大幅增加,大楼已无法满足需求。2022年,大楼的低碳改造设计研究开始,根据用户调研与数据分析,设计提出了外围护结构提升、供暖热源电气化、机电机组提效、智能化管控等几个方面的低碳改造策略。改造后,大楼的碳排放水平下降了三分之一,低于全国公建平均水平的一半,达到了低碳建筑标准。This is a corporate headquarters office building completed in 2009 on one side of the central axis in Chengdu.Its distinctive shape and black facade have made it a landmark at the significant urban node.Over the years,the staff number has increased and the building can t meet the needs.In 2022,a low-carbon renovation design study began.Based on user research and data analysis,the design proposed several low-carbon renovation strategies-improvements to the building envelope,electrification of heating sources,efficiency enhancement of mechanical and electrical systems,and installation of intelligent control systems Following the renovation,the building's carbon emissions were reduced by one-third,falling to half the national average for public buildings,and meeting low-carbon building standards.
