摘 要:为解决传统模型预测直接功率控制存在的开关频率不恒定、计算量大、共模电压大问题,设计了一种三矢量模型预测直接功率控制方法。该方法通过在单个控制周期内输出三个不同电压矢量,克服了传统方法因连续多个周期输出相同电压矢量造成的开关频率不恒定问题;同时,在两相静止坐标系中,通过优化空间电压矢量图划分方法,采用两个代价函数确定电网电压矢量所在扇区,将算法的遍历次数从27次降至10次,克服了传统方法计算量大的问题;此外,通过去除两个冗余零矢量PPP与NNN,将共模电压抑制在Udc/3以内。最后搭建了5kW实验样机进行实验验证,仿真与实验结果表明,该方法可以有效降低计算量,输出谐波和共模电压抑制效果优于传统方法。Conventional model predictive direct power control encounters challenges such as inconsistent switching frequency,high computational complexity,and elevated common-mode voltage.In addressing these issues,we have devised a three-vector model for predicting direct power control.This method,within a single control cycle,generates three distinct voltage vectors,overcoming the inconsistency in switching frequency associated with traditional approaches that output identical voltage vectors over consecutive cycles.Simultaneously,within the two-phase stationary coordinate system,we have employed an optimized spatial voltage vector mapping technique.By utilizing two cost functions to ascertain the sector in which the grid voltage vector resides,we have reduced the algorithm's iteration count from 27 to 10,effectively mitigating the computational complexity prevalent in conventional methods.Furthermore,by eliminating two redundant zero vectors(PPP and NNN),we have successfully confined the common-mode voltage within Udc/3.This step contributes to enhancing system stability and performance.Finally,a 5 kW experimental prototype was constructed for comprehensive experimental validation.Simulation and experimental results indicate that our proposed method significantly reduces computational complexity,and its output harmonic and common-mode voltage characteristics surpass those of traditional methods.
