摘　　要：铁路客车配线绝缘测试数据繁多,手动测试极易出现漏测、误测的问题,为了卡控测试数据判定测试结果设计了铁路客车配线智能绝缘检测分析装置,该装置能够快速准确的测试客车配线绝缘值,对测试数据运用微机程序判断结果,同时对测试数据形成数据库可对每次测试数据进行比对分析,通过配线绝缘值异常衰减情况判断客车配线质量问题,提升了铁路客车配线绝缘关键参数的卡控手段。Addressing the issues of numerous insulation test data and the high likelihood of missed or incorrect manual measurements in railway passenger car wiring,an intelligent insulation detection and analysis device for railway passenger car wiring was designed.This device can quickly and accurately test the insulation values of passenger car wiring,utilize a microcomputer program to evaluate the test data results,form a database for comparative analysis of each test data,and judge the quality issues of passenger car wiring through abnormal attenuation of insulation values,thereby strengthening the control over key parameters such as insulation in railway passenger car wiring.
