专用线货车装载质量检测系统的研究

摘　　要：针对铁路普通货运站和专用线由于受限于线路条件和投资成本而长期缺乏有效的货车超偏载检测装置的问题,研究开发出一套成本相对较低、安装方便、适于普通货运站和专用线的货车装载质量检测装置。运用应变式传感器检测、计算机自动控制、数据库、车辆判轴、判辆和车号自动匹配技术,设计出结构简化的检测装置,实现了车号自动匹配,数据传输,货车超偏载的自动检测、查询,货物装载异常报警等功能,从装车源头站开始检测和卡控,防止超偏载超过报警阈值的车辆上正线运行,保障货运装载安全。Addressing the issue of lack of freight car overloading and unbalanced loading detection devices at common railway freight stations and dedicated railway line,primarily due to limitations in track conditions and investment costs,a simplified,easily installed,and relatively low-cost freight car loading detection device suitable for these locations was developed.This device leverages technologies such as strain sensor detection,computer automatic control,databases,axle and vehicle evaluation,and automatic vehicle number matching.It features automatic vehicle number matching,data transmission,automatic detection and querying of freight car overloading and unbalanced loading,as well as alerts for abnormal cargo loading.By implementing detection and control measures at the loading source,it prevents freight trains with overloading or unbalanced loading exceeding alert thresholds from entering the main railway line,thereby ensuring the safety of cargo loading.
