摘　　要：近年来,因铁路车辆乘务员作业不到位而造成的行车故障和事故频繁发生,为切实解决乘务员作业中存在的安全隐患,进一步减轻乘务员作业负担,加强安全措施管控,对乘务车间作业管理模式进行研究,并通过投入使用热成像检查仪、发电车升级改造、搭建基于4G巡检记录仪的“乘务标准化管理系统”、优化作业流程等措施,对车辆乘务员标准化作业管理进行改进和优化,在车辆乘务系统中得到了广泛的应用和好评。In recent years,frequent train malfunctions and accidents have occurred due to inadequate operation by train attendants.In order to effectively solve the safety hazards existing in the operation of train attendants,further reduce the workload of train attendants,and strengthen safety measures and control,this article studies the operation management mode of train attendants'workshop,and through the use of thermal imaging inspection equipment,upgrading and transformation of power generation vehicles Building a“standardized management system for train attendants”based on 4G inspection recorders,optimizing work processes,and other measures have been taken to improve and optimize the standardized operation management of train attendants,which has been widely applied and praised in the train attendants system.
