摘 要:如何保证交叉工程施工安全,降低对既有公路或铁路运输安全和运输秩序影响是一项施工难点。以贵阳市域铁路西南环项目石板寨隧道下穿贵阳南环高速浅埋软岩段落施工为例,通过采用作业条件危险评价法对施工过程存在的危害因素进行辨识,并针对重要危险因素提出施工技术措施,有效杜绝安全事故发生,保证工程质量和作业人员生命安全,为类似下穿既有设备(线)且浅埋软岩段落隧道安全施工提供参考。How to ensure the safety of crossing construction and reduce the impact on the safety and order of existing highway or railway transportation is a difficult for constructing them.In order to provide guidance for the safe construction of shallow buried soft rock section tunnel under the existing equipment(line),taking the shallow buried soft rock section(Shibanzhai Tunnel of Southwest Railway Project of Guiyang City)which is under construction beneath Guiyang South Ring Highway as an example,the construction hazardous factors are identified by using LEC method,and the construction technical measures are proposed for addressing key risk factors,so as to effectively prevent safety accidents from happening and ensure engineering quality and operators safety.
