摘 要:针对某市域快线列车过分相后主断路器无法自动控制闭合问题,分析控制原理、异常时段数据及测试相关电气数据,对过分相硬件设备和软件策略逐一排查,明确了本线路列车过分相主断未闭合的原因为区段分相无电区存在低频感应电压,导致不满足过分相后主断路器自动控制闭合策略。为此,制定解决措施:通过缩短分相无电区长度,可降低低频感应电压产生的概率;优化软件策略,可确保安全的前期下提升功能的可靠性。经优化跟踪验证,有效解决了因低频感应电压导致的主断未闭合问题,保障了列车过分相功能的可靠性。Addressing the issue of the main circuit breaker's inability to automatically close after passing through the neutral section in a certain urban express train,an analysis of the control principles and abnormal period data was conducted.Relevant electrical data were tested,and a thorough investigation of the hardware and software related to passing through the neutral section was carried out.The cause of the problem was identified as the presence of low-frequency induced voltage in the neutral section,which did not meet the strategy for automatic closing of the main circuit breaker after passing through the neutral section.To address this,measures were taken:shortening the length of the neutral section to reduce the probability of low-frequency induced voltage generation,and optimizing the software strategy to enhance functional reliability while ensuring safety.Verified results show that the problem of the main circuit breaker not closing due to low-frequency induced voltage has been effectively solved,ensuring the reliability of the train's neutral section passing function.
