摘 要:针对同一批次光纤环圈Shupe误差差异较大的问题,分析了扭转角度对Shupe误差的影响,并提出了绕环工艺优化方法。通过引入扭转角度重新推导了光纤环圈热致Shupe误差的理论公式并结合光纤环圈精细化有限元模型,建立了考虑扭转角度的光纤环圈Shupe误差模型。通过仿真对比不同扭转角度对Shupe误差的影响可知,扭转角度是造成同一批次光纤环圈Shupe误差可补偿性差的主要原因。通过优化绕环工艺方法,在分纤步骤即进行光纤退扭,可保证后续绕环环节张力控制的有效性和扭转角度的一致性。实验结果表明,采用退扭工艺后,光纤陀螺温度补偿后的零偏误差由0.01(°)/h降至约0.005(°)/h。In view of the large difference of Shupe error in the same batch of fiber coil,the influence of torsion including angle on Shupe error is analyzed,and the optimization process of winding is proposed.By introducing the torsion including angle,the theoretical formula of thermal-induced Shupe error of optical fiber coil is re-deduced.In addition,combined with the refined finite element model of optical fiber coil,the Shupe error model of optical fiber coil considering torsion included angle is constructed.By comparing the effects of different torsion including angle on the Shupe errors,it can be shown that the torsion including angle is the main reason that affects the poor compensation of the fiber coil Shupe error of the same batch of fibers.By optimizing the winding process,the fiber is untwisted in the fiber splitting step,which can ensure the effectiveness of tension control and the consistency of torsion included angle in the subsequent winding process.The experimental results show that the bias error of fiber optic gyroscope after temperature compensation is reduced from 0.01(°)/h to about 0.0005(°)/h by the untwisting process.
