摘　　要：工业建筑遗产的时代性与功能性特征是理解和评价工业遗产价值的重要依据。通过对哈尔滨市“156项工程”的资料整理及工业遗产现状进行调研分析,结合建筑总体布局、装饰样式等内容,针对中国现代化工业建设初期工业建筑遗产的时代性与功能性特征进行分析与解读,挖掘工业建筑遗产价值和特征;旨在通过对哈尔滨市“156项工程”工业遗产进行综合分析,探讨其时代背景、设计理念、建筑特点及后续功能转变与再利用的可能性,以此示例证明工业建筑遗产保护与活化的重要性和可行性。The epochal and functional characteristics of industrial architectural heritage are an important basis for understanding and evaluating the value of industrial heritage.Based on the data collation of the"156 projects"in Harbin and the investigation and analysis of the current situation of industrial heritage,combined with the overall layout and decoration style of the building,this paper analyzes and interprets the epochal and functional characteristics of the industrial architectural heritage in the early stage of China's modern industrial construction,and excavates the value and characteristics of industrial architectural heritage.This paper aims to demonstrate the importance and feasibility of the protection and revitalization of industrial architectural heritage through a comprehensive analysis of some of the industrial heritage in the"156 Projects"of Harbin,and to explore its historical background,design concept,architectural characteristics,and the possibility of subsequent functional transformation and reuse.
