“革命外交”的斡旋:对“《不怕死》事件”的再思考

摘  要:在“《不怕死》事件”前,紧张的空气已弥漫在电影界上空,国民政府对于废除一切帝国主义条约体系特权的期望,是该事件发生的重要原因。中方对“《不怕死》事件”及“大光明案”的运作处理,从最初即超出夺回电影审查主导权的考虑,鲜明体现了国民政府倡导的“革命外交”精神。“外方”在“《不怕死》事件”中很大程度上被边缘化,这种边缘化源于外人对国人民族情绪和行为的困惑,以及中方对舆论的强力把控。而在事件发生后,“辱华”依旧被外人当作一项偶发误会和纠纷,与国人的认知存在明显断裂,并为此后源源不断的“辱华影片”事件的出现和话语“井喷”提供了土壤。Prior to the Incident of Welcome Danger,a tense atmosphere had already permeated the film industry,and the expectation of the Nationalist government to abolish all privileges of the imperialist treaty system was an important reason for the occurrence of this event.The Chinese side's handling of the Incident of Welcome Danger and the "Great Bright Case" went beyond the consideration of regaining the leading role in film censorship from the beginning,clearly reflecting the revolutionary diplomatic spirit advocated by the Nationalist government.The foreign side was largely marginalized in the Incident of Welcome Danger,which stems from the confusion of foreigners about the emotions and behaviors of the Chinese people,as well as China's strong control over public opinion.After the incident,"insulting China" was still regarded by outsiders as an occasional misunderstanding and dispute,which clearly severed the understanding of the Chinese people and provided soil for the continuous occurrence of "insulting China film" incidents and the "blowout" of discourse.
