摘　　要：医疗后送体系在现代军事行动中具有至关重要的作用。随着军事体制改革的不断深化,美军将医疗后送力量分层次化,形成了建制内与区域支援保障相结合的战时四级医疗救治体系。本文旨在深入探讨美军医疗后送体系的建制化与模块化保障制度原理,通过分析其分阶梯、多层级的协同医疗后送力量体系构建,借鉴其先进经验,为我军医疗救治体系的完善提供重要启示,以提升军队医疗救治水平,保障战斗力有效发挥。The medical evacuation system plays a vital role in modern military operations.As the reform of the military system continues to deepen,the U.S.Army has hierarchized the medical evacuation forces to form a four-level wartime medical care system that combines internal and regional support.This article aims to comprehensively investigate the principle of institutionalization and modulaRsupport foRthe U.S.medical evacuation system and to analyze the hierarchized cooperative construction.It is hoped to inspire the improvement of ouRmedical evacuation system,enhance military medical care,and optimize combat medical support.
