摘 要:创伤失血性休克时循环血量不足,组织灌注降低,组织细胞从有氧代谢过渡到无氧代谢,乳酸集聚,若不及时治疗最终可能导致机体死亡。液体复苏是创伤失血性休克的重要治疗手段,本文详细总结了目前创伤失血性休克液体复苏的现状,重点讨论了潜在复苏液的研究进展,以期为临床应用及科研提供参考。Traumatic hemorrhagic shock(THS)is characterized by insufficient circulating blood volume and reduced perfusion of organic tissues.Lactic acid accumulates when cells transition from aerobic to anaerobic metabolism,which can ultimately lead to fatal outcomes.Fluid resuscitation is regarded as the primary treatment foRTHS.Therefore,this study aims to comprehensively summarize the current status of fluid resuscitation in traumatic hemorrhagic shock involving crystalloid solutions,colloid solutions,blood products,and otheRpotential fluids foRTHS management,in ordeRto provide evidence foRclinical practice and scientific research.
