摘　　要：乡村人居环境治理是政府辅助村民治理的动态呈现。湘潭市雨湖区“和美乡村”建设是人居环境治理的典型范例,以长效性的思维形成乡村人居环境治理逻辑,探索出一条政府助推人居环境治理内驱力的可借鉴路径,形成其独特经验,为乡村人居环境治理提供实践参考。Rural living environment governance is a dynamic manifestation of government assisted village governance.The construction of“beautiful and harmonious countryside”in Yuhua District,Xiangtan City,is a typical example of rural human settlement environment governance.It forms the logic of rural human settlement environment governance with a longterm perspective,explores a reference path for government-driven internal driving force of rural human settlement environment governance,and forms its unique experience.
