摘　　要：大数据时代,数字化治理成为生态环境治理新趋势,成为提升生态环境治理能力现代化的重要途径。在生态环境数字化治理实践中,杭州市利用数字技术采集生态信息、监测生态形势、分析生态问题,形成精准掌握生态数据、及时反馈环境形势和科学处理环境问题的数字治理创新特色。杭州党政领导班子全面科学领导,透明公开生态数据,以系统观念指引生态治理,取得共谋人民生态福祉、协同处理生态问题和全过程治理数字化变革的独特经验。In the era of big data,digital governance has become a new trend of ecological and environmental governance,and become an important way to improve the modernization of ecological and environmental governance capacity.In the practice of digital ecological environment governance,Hangzhou uses digital technology to collect ecological information,monitor ecological situation and analyze ecological problems,so as to form the digital governance characteristics of accurately mastering ecological data,timely feedback of environmental situation and scientifically dealing with environmental problems.Hangzhou has a comprehensive and scientific leadership from the Party and the government,transparent and open ecological data,systematically guided ecological governance,and gained unique experience in seeking people’s ecological well-being,jointly dealing with ecological problems and digital reform in the whole process of governance.
