摘 要:目的:分析关节镜微创技术在膝关节骨创伤治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年8月—2021年9月延安市吴起县人民医院接诊的膝关节骨创伤患者96例为研究对象,采用电脑随机分组将其分为参照组与研究组,各48例。参照组采用常规手术治疗,研究组给予关节镜微创手术治疗。比较两组患者术中临床指标、术后恢复情况、治疗效果、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、采用美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组手术时间短于参照组,术中出血量少于参照组,切口长度小于参照组(P<0.001);研究组下床时间、住院时间短于参照组(P<0.001);研究组优良率高于参照组(P=0.037);治疗后4周,两组VAS评分降低,HSS评分升高,研究组优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组(P=0.014)。结论:对膝关节骨创伤患者实施关节镜微创技术治疗可以提高临床治疗效果,有效改善患者疼痛症状、膝关节功能,促进了患者术后恢复,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic technique in the treatment of knee bone trauma.Methods:Ninety-six patients with knee joint bone trauma treated in Yan'an Wuqi County People's Hospital from August 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the study group by computer random grouping,with forty-eight cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgery,and the study group received arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery.Intraoperative clinical indicators,postoperative recovery,therapeutic effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,knee joint score(HSS)adopted by hospital for special surgery,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the incision length was less than that of the control group(P<0.001);the duration of getting out of bed and staying in hospital in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001);the rate of excellence in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.037);at 4 weeks after treatment,VAS score decreased and HSS score increased in both groups,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.014).Conclusion:Minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment for patients with knee trauma can improve clinical treatment effect,effectively improve pain symptoms and knee function,promote postoperative recovery of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
