固本止崩汤辅治更年期崩漏的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨固本止崩汤辅治更年期崩漏的临床价值。方法:选择榆林市米脂县中医院妇产科2022年1月—2023年12月收治的80例更年期崩漏患者,以电脑数字法随机分为观察组(n=40,常规西药治疗联合固本止崩汤治疗)和对照组(n=40,常规西药治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、性激素指标、中医证候积分、症状改善情况、生活质量、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.007);治疗后,两组血清雌二醇、黄体生成素、促卵泡激素水平与经期持续时间、经量、经血颜色评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出血停止时间、经期恢复时间短于对照组,子宫内膜厚度小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组各项生活质量评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:固本止崩汤辅治更年期崩漏的临床效果显著,可有效调节性激素水平,促进临床症状改善,提高生活质量,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Gubenzhibeng decoction in treating menopausal collapse and leakage.Methods:A total of 80 climacteric disintegrating patients admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of Yulin Mizhi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=40,conventional western medicine treatment combined with Gubenzhibeng decoction treatment)and control group(n=40,conventional western medicine treatment)by computer numerical method.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone index,TCM syndrome score,symptom improvement,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Observation group total effective rate was higher than control group(P=0.007);after treatment,the levels of serum estradiol,luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone,menstrual duration,menstrual volume and menstrual blood color score in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the bleeding stop time and menstrual recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);incidence of adverse reactions to contrast the two groups,no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Gubenzhibeng decoction is remarkable,it can effectively regulate the level of sex hormones,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and have high safety.
