彝医水膏药疗法治疗项痹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨彝医水膏药疗法治疗项痹的临床效果。方法:选取楚雄州中医医院2023年9—12月收治的项痹病患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规健康教育联合中医传统疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予彝医水膏药疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率以及中医证候积分。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P=0.014);治疗后,两组肩颈疼痛、上肢麻木、上肢肌力评分及总分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:彝医水膏药疗法治疗项痹的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,促进其康复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yi medical plaster in the treatment of arthralgia.Methods:Sixty patients with cerebral arthralgia admitted to Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received conventional health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Yi medical plaster therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficiency and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.014);after treatment,the scores of shoulder and neck pain,upper limb numbness,upper limb muscle strength and total score were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yi medical plaster therapy has remarkable clinical effect on the treatment of arthralgia,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote their rehabilitation.
