摘　　要：目的:观察辨证刮痧干预对原发性高血压患者血压控制的影响。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年12月江苏省中医院收治的100例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(常规干预)和观察组(在对照组基础上加用辨证刮痧干预),各50例。比较患者血压水平、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果:干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组头目眩晕、气短乏力、少寐多梦、心烦易怒积分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:辨证刮痧干预在原发性高血压患者中应用效果较好,可有效控制患者血压水平,改善患者中医临床症状。Objective:To observe the effect of dialectical Gua Sha intervention on blood pressure control in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with essential hypertension treated in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(routine intervention)and observation group(combined with dialectical Gua Sha intervention on the basis of the control group)by random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.Blood pressure level,TCM syndrome score and clinical effect were compared.Results:After the intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of vertigo,shortness of breath,lack of sleep and more dreams,irritability and irritability were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:Dialectical Gua Sha intervention has good effect in the application of essential hypertension patients,which can effectively control the blood pressure level of patients and improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.
