急诊危重新生儿应用转运安全管理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨转运安全管理应用于急诊危重新生儿转运中的护理效果。方法:将2022年1—12月深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院接诊的66例危重新生儿随机分为对照组(给予常规转运护理)及观察组(在对照组基础上给予转运安全管理),各33例。对比分析两组患儿临床指标、风险事件发生率以及家属护理质量评价评分。结果:观察组转运前准备用时短于对照组,体温波动小于对照组,血糖、血氧饱和度水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组风险事件发生率低于对照组(P=0.046);观察组护患沟通、护理操作、服务态度、注意事项告知、问题解答评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:转运安全管理能改善急诊危重新生儿的临床指标,减少风险事件发生,提高家属对护理质量的满意度。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of transport safety management in emergency transport of critically ill newborns.Methods:A total of sixty-six critically ill newborns treated in Shenzhen Bao'an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(given routine transport nursing)and observation group(given transport safety management based on the control group),with 33 cases in each group.The clinical indexes,incidence of risk events and quality evaluation scores of family nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The preparation time before transfer of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the temperature fluctuation was smaller than that of the control group,and the levels of blood glucose and blood oxygen saturation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of risk events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.046);the scores of nurse-patient communication,nursing operation,service attitude,notice and question answering in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transport safety management can improve the clinical indicators of emergency critically ill newborns,reduce the occurrence of risk events,and improve the satisfaction of family members on nursing quality.
