摘 要:在我国桥梁建设过程中,上部结构常采用空心板结构,但随着使用年限的增加,空心板的病害也越来越多。从经济和社会影响角度分析可知,拆除重建存在较多弊端,因此空心板桥梁的加固显得尤为重要。针对加固方法展开研究:结合实际工程分析铰缝破坏对空心板梁桥的影响,并提出相应的加固方法。通过有限元方法分析铰缝承载力、钢横梁道数、竖向钢筋直径、上锚板厚度四个控制因素的合理取值,提出了验算钢横梁加固空心板模型方法及合理参数选取,为空心板桥梁加固提供理论分析和技术指导。In the process of bridge construction in China,hollow slab structures are often used for the upper structure,but as the service life increases,the defects of hollow slabs also become more and more common.From the perspective of economic and social impact analysis,it can be seen that there are many drawbacks to demolition and reconstruction,so the reinforcement of hollow slab bridges is particularly important.The following research was conducted on reinforcement methods:the impact of hinge joint failure on hollow slab beam bridges was analyzed through practical engineering,and the reinforcement methods were analyzed.By using finite element method to analyze the reasonable values of four control factors,including hinge joint bearing capacity,number of steel beams,vertical steel bar diameter,and upper anchor plate thickness,a method for verifying the hollow slab model reinforced by steel beams and selecting reasonable parameters is proposed,providing theoretical analysis and technical guidance for the development of hollow slab bridges.
