摘 要:针对长江干流河段在安徽和江苏两省行政区界处存在的水资源监测空白问题,提出了建设马鞍山省界断面水文站的解决方案。详细介绍了水文站的测验项目基础设施方案、水位观测方案、降水蒸发观测方案和流量测验方案。通过建设马鞍山省界断面水文站,填补了长江干流河段水资源监测的空白,为两省的水资源管理、配置及水量分配提供科学依据,推动水资源管理的科学化和精细化。同时,加强了水灾害防御功能和生态流量监测功能,为水量调度管理、流域水量分配方案、水资源和水生态保护提供科学准确的水文数据。A solution to address the issue of water resource monitoring gaps in the main stream of the Yangtze River at the administrative boundaries of Anhui and Jiangsu provinces is proposed,which includes the construction of a hydrological station at the Ma’anshan provincial boundary.The testing items of the hydrological station are clarified,and the infrastructure plan,water level observation plan,precipitation evaporation observation plan,and flow measurement plan are detailed.By constructing the Ma’anshan Provincial Boundary Hydrological Station,it can fill the gap in water resource monitoring of the main stream of the Yangtze River,provide scientific basis for water resource management,allocation,and water allocation in the two provinces,promote the scientific and refined management of water resources,strengthen the functions of water disaster prevention and ecological flow monitoring,and provide scientific and accurate hydrological data for water scheduling management,watershed water allocation plans,water resources,and water ecological protection.
