摘 要:河谷城市风环境问题凸显,大风环境导致诸多负面影响。从城市规划设计视角,基于西昌安宁新城规划实践,探索改善河谷城市风环境的对策,提出了城市总体结构、绿地系统、群体建筑空间等方面的风环境改善策略。研究表明,通过公共空间廊道、防风林、建筑组合等综合设计手段,能有效疏导风向,削弱风速,营造舒适城市风环境。风环境改善需统筹生态、安全、景观、舒适等效益,多专业协同,因地制宜制定规划设计策略,优化城市风环境,推动城市高质量发展。The problem of wind environment in valley city is prominent,and the wind environment causes many negative effects.From the perspective of urban planning and design,based on the planning practice of Xichang Anning New Town,this paper explores the countermeasures to improve the wind environment of valley city.The wind environment improvement strategies are put forward in the aspects of urban overall structure,green space system and group building space.The research shows that the integrated design means such as public space corridor,windbreak and building combination can effectively channel the wind direction,weaken the wind speed and create a comfortable urban wind environment.To improve the wind environment,it is necessary to coordinate ecological,safety,landscape,comfort and other benefits,work out multi-professional coordination,formulate planning and design strategies according to local conditions,optimize the urban wind environment,and promote high-quality urban development.
