摘  要:空气预热器是火电厂锅炉系统中的重要设备,随着运行年限增加会出现性能下降、设备能耗增加等问题。北方某电厂4台机组投运十多年后,逐步出现排烟温度高、漏风率高等问题。为解决此问题,技术人员进行堵塞机理及改造论证分析,制定了合理解决方案,在2023、2024年分别进行了4台机组的设计优化改造,对蓄热元件及密封系统、吹灰系统等进行更换。改造后经第三方检测,各项数据优良,改造取得成功,实现预期效果。Air preheater is an important equipment in the boiler system of thermal power plants.With the increase of operating years,it may experience performance degradation,equipment energy consumption and other problems.After more than ten years of operation of four units in a power plant in the north,problems such as high exhaust temperature and high air leakage rate have gradually emerged.To solve this problem,technicians conducted a blockage mechanism and modification demonstration analysis,and developed a reasonable solution.In 2023 and 2024,four units were optimized and modified,and the thermal storage components,sealing system,and soot blowing system were replaced.After the renovation,third-party testing showed excellent data and the renovation was successful,achieving the expected results.
