摘　　要：市政工程作为城市基础设施建设的核心部分,其建设质量和进度直接关系到城市居民的生活质量和城市的发展。监理工作作为保障工程质量的关键环节,其现场规范化管理显得尤为重要,而在实际操作中,市政工程监理现场规范化管理面临诸多挑战和困境,需要从多个角度进行深入分析和研究。基于此,分析了市政工程监理现场规范化管理的重要意义以及当前管理中存在的困境,并提出了相应的对策,旨在提高市政工程监理现场规范化管理水平,保证工程质量和安全。As the core part of urban infrastructure construction,the quality and progress of municipal engineering directly affect the quality of life of urban residents and the development of the city.As a key link in ensuring engineering quality,the standardized management of supervision work on site is particularly important.However,in practical operation,the standardized management of municipal engineering supervision site faces many challenges and difficulties,which require in-depth analysis and research from multiple perspectives.Based on this,the significance of standardized management of municipal engineering supervision sites and the current difficulties in management are analyzed,and corresponding effective countermeasures are proposed,aiming to improve the level of standardized management of municipal engineering supervision sites and ensure project quality and safety.
