摘 要:研究采棉机在加速和恒速作业过程中纯液压变速器和液压机械无级变速器传输效率以及发动机燃油消耗,对发动机燃油消耗和液压机械无级变速器传输效率进行台架试验。仿真结果显示:在(0~25)km/h加速过程中,相比较纯液压变速器,装备液压机械无级变速器的采棉机的发动机燃油消耗减少2.4933kg/h,且液压机械无级变速器传输效率在0.82以上;当行驶速度和采摘头输入转速分别保持在6km/h和1380r/min时,相比较纯液压变速器,装备液压机械无级变速器的采棉机的发动机燃油消耗减少1.44709kg/h,传输效率提高0.15。仿真与试验结果表明装备液压机械无级变速器的采棉机在作业过程中可提高采棉机的传输效率和降低燃油消耗。The transmission efficiency and engine fuel consumption of pure hydraulic transmission and hydro mechanical continuously variable transmission during acceleration and constant speed operation of cotton picker are studied.The bench test is carried out on engine fuel consumption and transmission efficiency of hydro mechanical continuously variable transmission.The simulation results show that in the acceleration process of(0~25)km/h,compared with the pure hydraulic transmission,the engine fuel consumption of the cotton picker equipped with Hydro mechanical continuously variable transmission is reduced by 2.4933kg/h,and the transmission efficiency of the hydro mechanical continuously variable transmission is more than 0.82.When the driving speed and the input speed of the picking head are kept at 6km/h and 1380r/min respectively,compared with the pure hydraulic transmission,the engine fuel consumption of the cotton picker equipped with Hydro mechanical stepless transmission is reduced by1.44709kg/h and the transmission efficiency is improved by 0.15.The simulation and test results show that the cotton picker equipped with Hydro mechanical continuously variable transmission can improve the transmission efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
