摘 要:卧式厨余垃圾搅拌器的转速和填充率对其搅拌均匀性的影响较大,为了提高搅拌效率及搅拌均匀性,建立卧式搅拌器及物料固体参数化模型,颗粒接触模型采用JKR模型,运用EDEM(Engineering Discrete Element Method)模拟搅拌过程。采用控制变量法设置对比仿真实验,并采用标准偏差法处理实验数据,通过分别控制填充率、转速的改变,对比得出最合适的搅拌环境以及各因素对搅拌效率、搅拌均匀性的影响趋势。结果表明:60%的填充率时搅拌均匀性最好,较大的填充率可以获得更好的搅拌效率,但填充率过大搅拌均匀性会下降;在转速为(48~72)rpm的范围内,转速越大搅拌效率、搅拌均匀性越好,但转速在(60~72)rpm时搅拌均匀性提升不明显且颗粒发生离析,继续增加转速对搅拌无明显增益且增加功耗。研究成果对卧式搅拌器的设计与应用提供了一定的参考。The rotation speed and filling rate of horizontal kitchen waste agitator have a great influence on its mixing uniformity.In order to improve the mixing efficiency and mixing uniformity,a parameterized model of horizontal agitator and solid material was established.JKR model was used for particle contact model,and EDEM(Engineering Discrete Element Method)was used to simulate the mixing process.The control variable method was used to set up the comparative simulation experiment,and the standard deviation method was used to process the experimental data.By controlling the change of filling rate and rotating speed,the most suitable mixing environment and the influence trend of various factors on mixing efficiency and uniformity were obtained.The results show that the mixing uniformity is the best when the filling rate is 60%,and the higher the filling rate is,the better the mixing efficiency will be,but if the filling rate is too large,the mixing uniformity will decrease;In the range of(48~72)rpm,the higher the rotation speed,the better the mixing efficiency and uniformity.However,when the rotation speed is(60~72)rpm,the improvement of the mixing uniformity is not obvious and the particles segregate.Increasing the rotation speed has no obvious gain on the mixing and increases the power consumption.The research results provide a reference for the design and application of horizontal agitator.
