摘  要:摆动阀泥浆脉冲器摆动频率高,载波频率高,调整方式丰富,传输速率快的特点。为了降低电机功率,摆动阀泥浆脉冲器使用扭杆作为弹簧平衡水力转矩,扭杆的疲劳寿命成为脉冲器的关键。为了检测扭杆能否满足长时间井下作业,设计了一套扭杆测试装置。该装置由摆动导杆机构、径向力消除装置、轴向力施加装置、实现扭杆尾端夹紧与止转的尾端夹紧装置、底座固定装置以及电控系统构成,可以同时实现扭杆在拉伸作用下的轴向拉力测试与反复扭转作用下的疲劳性能测试。该测试装置可以实现不同给定频率,两种摆动角度的摆动,提供轴向力满足1000磅的设计要求,该装置的研发成功对于评估扭杆的拉扭性能与疲劳性能具有重要意义。The shear valve mud pulser has the characteristics of high shear frequency,high carrier frequency,rich adjustment modes and fast transmission rate.In order to reduce the motor power,the shear valve mud pulser uses the torsion axle as a spring to balance the hydraulic torque,and the fatigue life of the torsion axle becomes the key of the pulser.In order to test whether the torsion axle can meet the requirement of long time downhole operation,a set of torsion axle test device is designed.The device is composed of a shearing guide bar mechanism,a radial force elimination device,an axial force application device,a tail end clamping device to realize torsion axle clamping and stopping,a base fixing device and an electric control system,which can simultaneously realize the axial tension test of the torsion axle under tensile action and the fatigue performance test under repeated torsion action.The test device can shear at different frequencies,two different shear angles,and provide an axial force to meet the1000 lb design requirements.The development of the test device is of great significance for evaluating the tensile and fatigue performance of the torsion axle.
