摘  要:为解决当前生物发酵罐中溶解氧浓度饱和问题,设计了基于多变量控制策略的生物发酵罐中溶解氧浓度控制新系统。该控制系统通过控制两个变量(培养液的进气气流速率和搅拌器搅拌速度)来调节生物培养液的溶解氧浓度,并通过选择合适的空气流量水平,避免氧气溶解饱和,而且还可通过调整搅拌速度控制器的参数,适应控制点的实时变化。仿真实验结果表明,所设计控制系统可根据系统中控制条件切换搅拌控制器参数,来保证对空气流的正确切换和主动控制器的正确选择,并最终保证控制回路稳定运行。对实际系统的测试结果表明,当培养液因搅拌而出现溶解氧饱和时,所设计控制系统通过有效改变气流,避免培养液中溶解氧饱和问题的出现。所设计控制系统能够实现生物发酵罐中溶解氧浓度的高效控制。To solve the saturation problem of dissolved oxygen concentration in biological fermentation tank,a new system for controlling dissolved oxygen concentration in biological fermentation tank based on multivariable control strategy is designed.The designed control system regulates the concentration of dissolved oxygen in biological culture liquid by controlling two variables(the air flow rate of culture liquid and the stirring speed of agitator).Then,the oxygen saturation problem is avoided by selecting right air flow level.In addition,by adjusting the parameters of stirring speed controller,the real-time change of control points can be adapted.The simulation results show that the designed control system can switch the stirring controller parameters according to the control conditions in the system to ensure the correct switching of air flow and the correct selection of active controller,and finally ensure the stable operation of the control loop.The test results of the actual system show that when the solution saturation occurs due to agitation,the designed control system can effectively change the airflow to avoid the solution saturation problem.The control system can effectively control the concentration of dissolved oxygen in biological fermentation tank.
