摘 要:针对大尺寸齿轮啮合过程中接触磨损的难以评估,提出了相似参数的小尺寸齿轮模型。基于量值分析的白金汉π定理和赫兹公式,对大尺寸单元的传动系统进行量纲分析,建立参数相似的齿轮模型。在此基础上开展了两对参数相似齿轮的摩擦磨损相关性实验,比较了两组相似齿轮的磨损演化性能,采用粒子计数器和分析铁谱法观察了两组试验齿轮的摩擦特性。结果表明,参数相似的两组齿轮的摩擦磨损过程具有一定的相关性,与提出的相似模型相一致。该相似模型对于评价大尺寸齿轮传动系统的磨损具有一定的应用价值。A small-scale gear model with similar parameters is proposed to address the difficulty in evaluating contact wear during the meshing process of large-sized gears.Based on Buckingham π theorem and Hertz formula of quantitative analysis,dimensional analysis is carried out for the transmission system of large size units,and a gear model with similar parameters is established.On this basis,friction and wear correlation experiments were conducted on two pairs of gears with similar parameters,and the wear evolution performance of two sets of similar gears was compared.The friction characteristics of the two sets of test gears were observed using particle counters and analytical ferrography.The results indicate that the friction and wear processes of two sets of gears with similar parameters have a certain correlation,which is consistent with the proposed similarity model.This similarity model has certain application value for evaluating the wear of large-sized gear transmission systems.
