摘  要:本研究开发了一种用于紧凑型电动汽车的双速变速器,该变速器采用三组单独的行星齿轮模块,每个齿轮同轴放置,各齿轮组共用保持架齿轮,减少了变速器的空间布局和整体重量。由于固定每一挡的太阳齿轮,换挡过程中所需要的能量消耗较低,能够适用于电动汽车驱动的传动系统。在设计的基础上,计算了每个齿轮的抗弯强度和表面耐久度,验证了各齿轮能够满足规定的安全系数,表明在动力传输过程中安全性能高。通过计算齿轮的啮合比和齿轮的参考效率,验证了双速变速器设计的有效性。In this study,a two-speed transmission for compact electric vehicle is developed.The transmission adopts three groups of separate planetary gear modules,each gear is placed coaxially,and each gear set shares cage gear,which reduces the spatial layout and overall weight of the transmission.Due to the fixed sun gear of each gear,the energy consumption required in the shift process is low,which can be applied to the transmission system driven by electric vehicles.Based on the design,the bending strength and surface durability of each gear are calculated,and it is verified that each gear can meet the specified safety factor,which shows that it has high safety performance in the process of power transmission.The effectiveness of the two-speed transmission design is verified by calculating the meshing ratio of the gear and the reference efficiency of the gear.
