摘  要:铣削工艺参数是影响工件已加工表面残余应力的重要因素。通过建立镁合金AZ31B铣削有限元模型对铣削工艺参数进行研究,在采用正交试验法对镁合金AZ31B铣削仿真的重要工艺参数进行优化的基础上,用极差法分析各项铣削工艺参数对AZ31B工件已加工表面残余应力的影响规律。结果表明:对镁合金AZ31B铣削过程的铣削速度、铣削深度及铣削路径三种工艺参数中,铣削路径对AZ31B工件已加工表面残余应力的影响最大,铣削速度次之,铣削深度最小;铣削速度在(30~50)m/min范围内,镁合金已加工表面残余应力随着铣削速度而增大;在铣削深度为(1~3)mm范围内,铣削深度对已加工表面残余应力的影响不大。Milling process parameters was the important factors affecting the residual stress on the machined surface.Milling process parameters of magnesium alloy AZ31B were studied by establishing the finite element model of milling.Based on optimizing the important process parameters of milling simulation of AZ31B magnesium alloy by using orthogonal test method,range method was used to analyze the influence rule of various milling process parameters on the machined surface residual stress of AZ31B workpiece.The results show that among the milling speed,milling depth and milling path of AZ31B magnesium alloy milling process,the milling path has the greatest influence on the residual stress on the processed surface of AZ31B workpiece,followed by milling speed and milling depth.When the milling speed is in the range of (30~50)m/min,the residual stress on the machined surface increases with the milling speed.When the milling depth is(1~3)mm,the milling depth has little effect on the residual stress of the machined surface.
