摘 要:为了实现大带宽的隔振和吸振,需要可变非线性刚度机构。负刚度和正刚度的隔振或吸振装置分别在低频和高频制振效果较好。因此,提出了一种具有可变非线性正或负刚度的机构。其通过两电磁铁实现刚度,通过改变两电磁铁的电流方向可改变刚度的正负,通过改变两电磁铁的电流值或间距可改变刚度大小。提出了其结构;分析了其原理;计算了间距、电流、位移和力之间的关系;仿真探究了不同间距和电流时位移和力的函数图像;根据仿真结果,间距和电流不变时,力是位移的五次多项式。In order to achieve a vibration isolation and vibration absorption with broad bandwidth,a kind of machinery with variable nonlinear stiffness is needed.Vibration isolation device and vibration absorption device with negative stiffness have a good vibration suppression effect in low frequency while both of them with positive stiffness have a good suppression effect in high frequency.Therefore,a kind of machinery with variable nonlinear positive or negative stiffness is designed.The stiffness is realized by two electromagnets.Positive stiffness and negative stiffness can be achieved by changing directions of currents of the two electromagnets.and value of its stiffness can be changed by adjusting values of currents of the two electromagnets or gap between the two electromagnets.Firstly,its structure is come up with.Secondly,its principle is analyzed.Then,the relationship among gap,currents,displacement and force is calculated.Finally,the function figures of relationship between displacement and force with different gaps and currents are studied by numerical simulation.In terms of the simulation result,a conclusion can be given that force is a five square polynomial of displacement when gap and currents are constant.
