摘  要:以某4.5MW风机增速箱圆锥滚子轴承3171为研究对象,基于增速箱输入轴的LDD载荷谱,研究了滚子载荷分布和应力分布情况,运用加权平均法计算分析了圆锥滚子轴承的等效载荷分布和等效转速,依据滚动接触疲劳理论计算研究了圆锥滚子轴承疲劳寿命。建立Romax仿真模型,分析了扭矩、转速、预紧量对圆锥滚子轴承疲劳寿命的影响,结果表明,扭矩对轴承寿命的影响规律呈S型曲线变化趋势,转速对轴承寿命的影响规律呈反比例曲线变化趋势,随着预紧量的增加,轴承的寿命先增大后减小。轴承的疲劳寿命的计算值为1.77×10~6h,Romax仿真值为2.05×10~6h,相对误差为13.7%,轴承寿命超过了20年,满足使用要求。A tapered roller bearing3171 of 4.5MW wind turbine gearbox is regarded as the research object.Based on the LDD load spectrum of the input shaft of the gearbox,the load distribution and stress distribution of the roller are studied,then the equivalent load and equivalent speed of tapered roller bearing are calculated with the weighted average method.The fatigue life of tapered roller bearing is calculated with the theory of rolling contact fatigue.Meanwhile,the Romax software is used to simulate and analyze the effects of torque,speed and preload on the fatigue life of the bearing.The results show that the influence law of torque on bearing life shows an S-shaped curve trend,and the influence law of speed on bearing life shows an inverse proportional curve trend.With the increase of preload,the life of bearing increases first and then decreases.The predicted life of the bearing by calculation is 1.77×10~6h,the predicted life of the bearing by simulation is 2.05×10~6h,and the relative error is 13.7%.The bearing life exceeds 20 years and satisfies the operating requirements.
