摘 要:针对保证第三代轮毂轴承完成自动装配后的轴向游隙在规定范围的问题,首先根据装配线上轮毂轴承的实际测量推导出轴向游隙公式;其次,以满足轮毂轴承单元轴向游隙为目标,把增加的工艺生产功能转换为约束条件;最后,通过仿真模拟装配机床的合套过程,采用动态路径规划算法获取高精度组件的自动选择性装配方法,实现轮毂轴承钢球与外圈、内圈、法兰自动选配的最优合套方案。该方法提高了轴承轴套率,降低零件的报废率,可进一步推广到分析其他类型的轴承合套问题。In order to ensure that the axial clearance of the third generation hub bearing after automatic assembly is within the prescribed range,the axial clearance formula is firstly deduced according to the actual measurement of hub bearing on the assembly line.Secondly,with the objective of satisfying the axial clearance of the hub bearing element,the added process production function was converted into a constraint condition.Finally,by simulating the assembly process of the machine tool,the dynamic path planning algorithm was adopted to obtain the automatic selective assembly method of high-precision components,and the optimal assembly scheme of the hub bearing steel ball with the outer ring,inner ring and flange was realized.This method can improve the bearing mating rate and reduce the scrap rate of parts,and can be further extended to analyze other types of bearing mating problems.
