摘 要:为了分析车削Al-Mn合金过程中切削参数对切削温度的影响规律,通过AdvantEdge FEM有限元仿真和实验相结合方法得出切削参数对切削温度影响重要程度依次为背吃刀量>进给量>切削速度。运用spss软件对数据进行方差分析和通过多元线性回归分析得出切削用量对切削温度的影响均为显著,同时分析得到切削温度的预测模型,通过预测模型可提前预估出切削过程中刀具的最高温度从而优化切削参数可以改善切削性能,提高工件的加工精度。In order to analyze the influence of cutting parameters on cutting temperature in the process of turningAl-Mn alloy,ANSYS finite element simulation and experiment were used to conclude that the influence of cutting parameters on cutting temperature was the cutting rate> feed>cutting speed.Using SPSS software to analyze the variance of the data and through multiple linear regression analysis,it is concluded that the influence of cutting amount on cutting temperature is significant and the prediction model of cutting temperature is obtained.Through the prediction model,the maximum temperature of the cutting tool can be predicted in advance,so as to optimize the cutting parameters and improve the cutting performance and machining accuracy of the workpiece.
