摘  要:针对空间结构复杂的钢丝绳,设计和建模过程较繁琐的问题,对SolidWorks进行二次开发,实现钢丝绳快速参数化建模。该方法首先对特定型号钢丝绳参数方程和扫掠所需法平面圆进行计算,对计算结果进行编程化处理,基于Visual Studio编程平台,利用VB.net语言和对应API函数,实现钢丝绳快速参数化建模。以弯曲状6×7+IWS钢丝绳为例,对钢丝法平面圆的参数方程推导过程进行了详细介绍,一键绘制了弯曲状6×7+IWS钢丝绳模型,对所建模型进行有限元分析,验证所得此建模方法所建模型精确可靠,可提高钢丝绳建模效率,具有一定实用性。Aiming at the problem that the design and modeling process of wire rope with complex spatial structure is complicated,the secondary development of SolidWorks is carried out to realize the rapid parametric modeling of wire rope.The method first calculates the parameter equation of a specific type of wire rope and the normal plane circle required for sweeping,and the calculation results are programmed.Based on Visual Studio programming platform,the rapid parametric modeling of steel wire rope is realized by using VB.net language and corresponding API functions.Taking the bending 6×7+IWS wire rope as an example,the parameter equation derivation process of the normal plane circle of the steel wire is introduced in detail,and the bending 6×7+IWS wire rope model is drawn by one key.The finite element analysis of the established model verifies that the model established by this modeling method is accurate and reliable,which can improve the efficiency of wire rope modeling and has certain practicability.
