摘 要:对起落架缓冲器螺纹连接结构计算方法进行了研究。通过试验验证发现了飞机设计手册第9册中关于螺纹剪切强度计算的局限性,重新推导了薄壁螺纹剪切强度计算公式中关于螺纹充满度系数的计算公式,修正了飞机设计手册中关于螺纹充满度系数的计算公式。根据重新推导的薄壁螺纹剪切强度计算公式计算的结果与试验进行对比,结果表明理论计算结果与试验结果吻合。同时研究了公差和螺距对薄壁螺纹结构剪切强度的影响,并进行了试验验证。结果表明试验与理论计算结果吻合,加强薄壁螺纹结构剪切强度的方法可行有效。Calculation method of thread connection structure of landing gear buffer is studied.Through test verification,the limitation of the thread shear strength calculation in aircraft design manual Vol.9 is found.Therefore,the calculation formula of thread fullness factor in the shear strength formula of thin-walled thread is re-calculated,and the calculation formula of thread fullness factor in aircraft design manual is revised.According to the new calculation formula of thin-walled thread shear strength,the calculation results are compared with the experimental results,and the results show that the theoretical calculation results are consistent with the experimental results.The influence of tolerance and pitch on the shear strength of thin-walled thread structure is studied and verified by experiments.The results show that the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.The method of strengthening the shear strength of thin-walled thread structure is feasible and effective.
