半坐卧式椭圆机的结构设计与仿真分析

摘  要:为了拓展椭圆机的适用人群,这里设计了一种半坐卧式椭圆机。并通过解析法建立了半坐卧式椭圆机的运动方程,一方面获得脚踏板中心J点和扶手中心S点的轨迹,并根据半坐卧位时的脚踝轨迹确定各杆件的最优长度;另一方面获得J点和S点的速度与加速度,并通过运动仿真进行验证,从而确保半坐卧式椭圆机的运动平稳性。最后,对半坐卧式椭圆机在运动过程中和单脚站立的极端受力情况进行静力仿真,从而确保两种工况下满足强度要求。结果表明:J点和S点的轨迹、速度和加速度的解析值和仿真值吻合,验证了运动方程的准确性;当l_(1)=165mm、l_(2)=740mm、l_(3)=250mm、l _(J)=350mm、l_(5)=594mm、l_(6)=596mm和l_(7)=518mm时,J点和S点的轨迹最优,其速度、加速度的波动也较小。无论是运动过程中,还是单脚站立的极端受力情况,最大应力都位于连杆2连接飞轮的轴A上。为了保证两种工况下的最大应力都小于屈服强度,选择轴A的直径为34mm。In order to expand the application group of elliptical machine,this paper designs a kind of semi-recumbent elliptical machine.And the motion equation of the semi-recumbent elliptical machine was established by analytical method.On the one hand,the trajectories of the pedal center J point and the armrest center S point were obtained,and the optimal length of each bar was determined according to the ankle trajectories in semi-recumbent position.On the other hand,the velocity and acceleration of J point and S point were obtained and verified by motion simulation,so as to ensure the motion stability of the semi-recumbent elliptical machine.Finally,static simulation was carried out for the semi-recumbent elliptical machine in the process of movement and the extreme stress condition of standing on one leg,so as to ensure that the strength requirements are met.The results show that the trajectories,velocities and accelerations of J point and S point agree well with the simulation results,which verifies the accuracy of the equation of motion.When l_1=165mm,l_2=740mm,l_3=250mm,l _J=350mm,l_5=594mm,l_6=596mm and l_7=518mm,the trajectories of J point and S point are optimal,and the fluctuation of velocity and acceleration is also small.The maximum stress is located on shaft A where link B is connected to the flywheel,both during movement and in extreme stress condition of standing on one leg.In order to ensure that the maximum stress under both working conditions is less than the yield strength,the diameter of shaft A is selected as 34mm.
