摘　　要：绿色金融是党和国家的重要发展方略,对推动新质生产力高质量发展具有重要牵引作用。建设国际化、高水平的绿色金融体系,有助于我国降低跨境绿色金融交易成本,防范国际绿色金融市场风险,优化全球绿色金融资源配置。我国可以参考国际绿色金融体系的建设经验,从构建绿色金融信息披露框架、完善绿色金融风险监管机制、加强金融与实体经济协调绿色发展等方面,推进绿色金融体系的国际化建设。Green finance is an important development strategy of the Party and the State,and has an important traction in promoting the high-quality development of new quality productivity.The construction of an internation⁃alized and high-level green financial system will help China reduce cross-border green financial transaction costs,prevent risks in the international green financial market and optimize the allocation of global green financial re⁃sources.China can refer to the construction experience of the international green financial system to promote the internationalization of the green financial system in terms of constructing a green financial information disclosure framework,improving the green financial risk supervision mechanism,and strengthening the coordination of green development between finance and the real economy.
