摘  要:分别将不同微观结构的溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)与顺丁橡胶(BR)并用,研究SSBR的微观结构对SSBR/BR并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,随着苯乙烯基含量的增大,SSBR/BR硫化胶的拉伸强度呈增大趋势,回弹值与切割量之间具有较好的线性相关性;高苯乙烯基和中低乙烯基含量的SSBR/BR并用胶的t90较短,最大硫化速率较大,硫化胶的抗湿滑性能和耐磨性能较高,同时滚动阻力较低。Solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)with different microstructures were blended with butadiene rubber(BR)separately,and the effect of SSBR’s microstructure on the properties of SSBR/BR blends was investigated.The results showed that within a certain range,with the increase of phenethyl content,the tensile strength of SSBR/BR vulcanizate trended to increase,and there was a good linear correlation between the rebound value and the cutting amount.SSBR/BR blends with high styrene and medium-low vinyl content had shorter t90,higher maximum vulcanization rate,higher wet skid resistance and wear resistance of the vulcanizates,and lower rolling resistance.
