摘 要:研究纳米粘土在轮胎胎圈胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎圈胶中以6份纳米粘土替代3份炭黑N375,对胶料的加工性能和硫化特性影响不大,硫化胶的密度和拉伸强度略有增大,拉断伸长率和撕裂强度明显增大;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,且可降低胶料成本。The application of nano-clay in tire bead compounds was studied.The results showed that replacing 3 phr carbon black N375 with 6 phr nano-clay in the bead compound had little effect on the processing properties and vulcanization characteristics of the compound.The density and tensile strength of the vulcanizate increased slightly,while the elongation at break and tear strength increased significantly.The durability of finished tires was improved and the cost of compounds could be reduced.
