摘 要:基于Abaqus软件,建立12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎有限元分析模型,对带束层采用0.37+6×0.32ST,4+3×0.33ST,3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线的轮胎进行仿真对比,分析带束层部位最大Mises应力和最大应变能密度梯度、接地面积和最大接地压力等指标。结果表明,1^(#)—3^(#)带束层可以根据需求选择使用0.37+6×0.32ST或4+3×0.33ST钢丝帘线。Based on Abaqus software,a finite element analysis model of 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire was established,the simulation comparisons were conducted for the tires with 0.37+6×0.32ST,4+3×0.33ST and 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord in the belt ply,and the maximum Mises stress and maximum strain energy density gradient at the belt,contact area,maximum contact pressure and other indexes were analyzed.The results indicated that 0.37+6×0.32ST or 4+3×0.33ST steel cord could be selected for 1^(#)—3^(#)belt according to the demand.
