摘  要:研究不同混炼工艺下低滚阻改性剂DS01M(简称DS01M)在胶料中的作用。结果表明:同时加入DS01M和白炭黑的混炼工艺中改性剂DS01M的作用甚微;DS01M对生胶预改性混炼工艺可使DS01M的作用最大,但胶料外观较差,加工困难;分批加入DS01M和白炭黑的混炼工艺中DS01M的作用较大,且加工性能符合要求;混炼工艺对未添加DS01M的胶料影响不大;在适合的混炼工艺下,DS01M可改善白炭黑的分散性,有效降低胶料的Payne效应和滞后损失,且物理性能保持较好。The effect of low rolling resistance modifier DS01M(referred to as DS01M)in compounds under different mixing processes was studied.The results showed that the modifier DS01M had minimal effect when added simultaneously with silica during the mixing process.The pre-modification mixing process,where DS01M was applied to raw rubber,could maximize the effect of DS01M but resulted in poor compound appearance and processing difficulties.In the mixing process where DS01M and silica were added in separate stages,DS01M had a more significant effect,and the processing performance met the requirements.The mixing process had little impact on compounds without DS01M.Under a suitable mixing process,DS01M could improve the dispersibility of silica,and effectively reduce the Payne effect and hysteresis loss of the compound,while maintaining good physical properties.
