健全全面从严治党体系 深入推进党的自我革命

摘　　要：健全全面从严治党体系、不断完善党的自我革命制度规范体系,是中国共产党坚持用改革精神和严的标准管党治党的伟大举措,集中体现了党对新时代执政党建设规律的深刻把握,是不断把新时代党的建设新的伟大工程推向前进的有效途径。健全全面从严治党体系必须贯彻落实新时代党的建设总要求,以系统思维、科学方法推进,不断完善组织体系、教育体系、监管体系、制度体系、责任体系,以要素齐全、功能完备、科学规范、运行高效为目标,推动实现管党治党内容全涵盖、对象全覆盖、责任全链条、制度全贯通。Improving the system of full and rigorous Party self-governance and constantly refining the institutional and normative system for the Party’s self-revolution represent great measures taken by the CPC to govern the Party with the spirit of reform and strict standards,which embodies the Party’s profound understanding of the construction of the ruling party in the new era,and is an effective way to constantly push forward the new great project of party building in the new era.To improve the system of full and rigorous Party self-governance,,it is necessary to meet the general requirements for Party building in the new era and promote it with systematic thinking and scientific methods.Efforts should be made to improve the"five systems"of organizational system,educational system,regulatory system,institutional system,and responsibility system,,and promote the full coverage in terms of content,targets,responsibilities,and institutional integration in Party governance,aiming for being complete in elements,fully functional,scientifically standardized,and highly efficient.
