摘 要:推动城市配送物流绿色和安全发展,是落实习近平生态文明思想和助力实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的重要举措。本文以北京、广州、重庆三地同城配送物流订单数据为基础,引入微观车辆运行特性和风险驾驶行为特征,从能耗成本、碳排放量和运行安全性三个维度分析不同车辆类型和风险驾驶行为的差异。结果表明:传统油车的能耗成本约是新能源电车的3.57倍,新能源电车在降低同城配送车辆的能耗运行成本上具有明显优势。风险驾驶行为增加了车辆能耗水平,通过改善风险驾驶行为,传统油车具有降低约4.64%的能耗成本和碳排放的潜能。风险驾驶行为会显著提高车辆运行风险,其中急加速、急减速和超速具有最高的风险水平。新能源电车在订单配送中的运行风险水平更高。最后,从“车—路—人—企—管”五个维度分别提出改善城市同城配送物流质量的对策,可为城市物流配送绿色和安全发展提供支持。Promoting the green and safe development of urban logistics is a crucial measure to implement Xi Jinping's Thought on ecological civilization and contribute to achieving the goals of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”.Based on the urban logistics distribution order data from Beijing,Guangzhou,and Chongqing,this study introduces the microscopic vehicle(micro-vehicle?)operating characteristics and risky driving behavior features to analyze the differences in energy consumption operational costs,carbon emissions,and operational safety of different distribution vehicles and risky driving behaviors.The results show that the energy consumption cost of traditional fuel vehicles is about 3.57 times that of new energy vehicles,and new energy vehicles have obvious advantages in reducing the energy consumption running cost of city distribution vehicles.Risky driving behaviors increase the energy consumption levels of vehicles,and traditional fuel vehicles have the potential to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions by about 4.64%.Risky driving behaviors significantly elevate the operational risk of vehicles,with aggressive acceleration,hard braking,and speeding exhibiting the highest risk levels.New energy electric vehicles demonstrate higher operational risk levels in order distribution.Finally,from the the five dimensions of“vehicle-road-driver-enterprise-management,”we propose specific strategies to improve the quality of urban logistics distribution,thereby supporting the green and safe development of urban logistics.
