摘 要:向钛合金中引入均匀分布的增强相可以提高其强度和刚度,但是不可避免地会引起塑性和韧性的下降。受自然界珍珠贝壳结构和组分的启发,以纯钛片作为金属层材料,钛粉与碳粉作为强性层材料,采用放电等离子烧结法成功制备出Ti-TiC/Ti层状复合材料,并探索了烧结温度对Ti-TiC/Ti层状复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:当强性层中的混料摩尔比为Ti∶C=1.1时,烧结温度不易控制;当混料摩尔比为Ti∶C=1.2,烧结温度为1100℃时,制备出的Ti-TiC/Ti层状复合材料组织均匀,层状结构保持良好,抗弯强度性能最佳,达到819.8 MPa,且强性层中的硬度分布均匀。烧结温度为1150℃时,复合材料的抗弯强度下降。The addition of uniformly distributed reinforcing phases into titanium alloys can improve their strength and stiffness,but inevitably leads to a decrease in plasticity and toughness.Taking inspiration from the structure and composition of natural pearl shells,pure titanium sheets were used as the metal layer material,titanium powder and carbon powder were used as the enhancement layer material,Ti-TiC/Ti laminated composites were successfully prepared by spark plasma sintering method,and the influence of sintering temperature on mechanical properties of the Ti-TiC/Ti laminated composites was investigated.The results show that when the molar ratio of the mixed material in the enhancement layer is Ti∶C=1.1,the sintering temperature is difficult to control.When the molar ratio of Ti∶C=1.2 and the sintering temperature is 1100℃,the Ti-TiC/Ti laminated composites have a uniform microstructure,good layered structure,and the best bending strength performance,reaching 819.8 MPa.The hardness distribution in the enhancement layer is also uniform.When the sintering temperature is 1150℃,the bending strength of the composites decreases.
